Dell’uva Wines

Prowine recently welcomed Dell’uva Wines to our expanding client base.

Dell’uva Wines, from the Western Ridge of the Barossa, pride themselves of having the largest range of European varieties. It all begins with the careful selection of rootstocks suited to their vineyard growing conditions. A diverse range of clonal varieties sourced from Mediterranean climates are carefully matched and grafted to the rootstock, maximising flavour through Dell’uva’s unique biodynamic and organic practice.

Last week Prowine started bottling the first 12 of the 25  Dell’uva Wines varieties / blends:

These wines are all in a very small quantity due to the vine density control (for better flavour) so make sure you don’t miss out.
