Our People - Production

PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER: Chris Cook
Chris was one of the founding members of our company. He boasts an extensive background in both equipment commissioning and maintenance working for 10 years with JB MacMahon, in a variety of positions. After some 8 years working for himself and winery equipment company Oenobev he entered the production side of the business in 2002. His input into our operation since has been vital, both in the set up of our existing lines and their ongoing successful operation. Chris is our "go to" man and a pivotal member of our team.

SUPERVISORS
Our supervising team consists of David Schmerl, Rob Heinrich, Daniel Wright, Julie Baker and Peter Verco. Their combined experience in the wine bottling and packaging field is quite outstanding (totalling nearly 100 years between them) and there seems to be nothing they have not seen or done when it comes to packaging wine.

Bringing past experience from companies such as Southcorp, Yaldara and Orlando, these people are your guarantee of a first rate job. Our system dictates that Supervisors also operate our fillers and labellers as well as setting up the entire line for each production run that they oversee. Each of these operators is backed up by a dedicated QA on every shift and together we think give our company the edge in quality and attention to detail that you demand for the successful packaging of your product.
