Filling Equipment

FIMER Low Vacuum Monobloc
Production Speed: 2,000 Bottles per hour.
Rinser: 12 Gripper fixed nozzle single treatment.
Deaereation Unit: Evacuates air from bottle and then injects inert gas mix as required.
Filling: 12 Valves using low vacuum filling method.
ROPP Capper: Single head with BVS Finish.
Corker: Single head with inert gas injection and vacuum under cork.

Capsule Application

Rabino & Galandrino PVC or Tin cap dispenser with thermal heat shrinker or Tin spinning Heads, including neck dryer .

Labelling

Cavagnino & Gatti Automatic pressure sensitive labeler.
Four station Front, Back, Cigar band and Medallion.
Maximum label height - International standard.

Carton Sealing

Recopac (Fibre King) hot-melt sealer with pallet stabilization unit if required.
6 & 12 packs in standup and laydown configurations.
